All DreamsLink.LC products are sold through Amazon. Returns and refunds are processed through Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee, ensuring a fast and hassle-free experience.
1. Return Window
You may return your DreamsLink.LC product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
2. How to Return
Since all purchases are made through Amazon, returns are handled directly through your Amazon account:
- Go to Your Orders on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca
- Find your DreamsLink.LC order
- Click Return or Replace Items
- Follow the on-screen instructions to print a return shipping label
- Package the item and drop it off at the designated carrier
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued once Amazon receives and inspects the returned item
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Shipping costs for returns due to our error (defective/wrong item) are covered by us
- For buyer's remorse returns, return shipping costs may apply per Amazon's policy
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Contact us at support@dreamslink-lc.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
5. Exchanges
We offer color exchanges if you'd like a different color of the same product. To exchange:
- Return the original item through Amazon
- Place a new order for the desired color
- Contact us if you need assistance with the exchange process
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products returned beyond the 30-day return window
- Products that have been used excessively or damaged by the customer
- Products not in their original packaging
